We can be quite busy, so to avoid missing out we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. If it is placed any later, we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.

Yes! Unfortunately, in the business world, we can experience no-shows. To avoid us being left out-of-pocket, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all orders. Once the deposit is made, your order is secure.

Not quite! You order is not secure until you receive an invoice and make a non-refundable 50% deposit. Once you have sent your details, we will contact you within 7 days to discuss the details. If you are happy, we will then send you an invoice and the deposit can then be made to secure your order. Keep in mind, if you have not placed an order at least 4 weeks prior to the event date, we cannot guarantee availability for your order.

No! Those photographs are merely examples of work we've done in the past. Truthfully, we are generally too busy to photograph our work. If you name it, we can create it.

Our ideal booking time is atleast two weeks in advance but sometime we do take last minute orders depening if there is any availability. Although we sometime book last minute orders but the client needs to understand that we may not be able to fulfill all requiments for a last minute order for exapmle : availability of desired flowers . customised toppers and figurines for the cakes .

We are skilled at using fondant; however, the overwhelming majority of the cakes featured on our website were made from butter cream icing.

We do not guarantee exact color matches, but we work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed photograph.
